We are OMRT, a funded scaleup on an important mission - to rebalance our habitat by providing technology! Our core
product is a 3D collaborative design platform that allows real estate professionals to design projects integrally,
iteratively, and rapidly. This platform lets partners in the real estate and construction industry design a sustainable,
feasible, and high-quality built environment by foreseeing its impact digitally. We call it Future Twinning, OMRT's digital
representation of the future build environment. Our goal is to make our collaborative design platform the standard in
the Netherlands by 2023 and the rest of Europe by 2025. We are already involved in building over 15% of the homes in
the Netherlands and plan to grow to over 30%. Our ambition is to double in size annually in terms of projects, value,
and customers, and we are on track to do so.
👇 What you bring to the table
You are able to design and implement a robust People & Culture strategy in a growing organisation with a focus on developing individuals, teams and the company as a whole. Balancing what is already there with the future needs. You have the ability to act and contribute in both strategic and daily operations. You are experienced with coordinating and managing end to end onboarding experiences for new hires in a way that ensures the process is completed in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy and positive new hire experience. You are happy to act as a trusted support to multiple internal stakeholders. You are comfortable wit Dutch laws and regulations and connecting and collaborating with our PayRoll team to ensure smooth payroll for all employees. You are responsible for preparing employment contracts and other HR related documents, visa applications, NS, business cards etc. You are an excellent English speaker, and the ability to speak and read Dutch is a big plus.
- Building and protecting the culture within the company and implementing the right scalable processes for
- Connecting the culture and company values with the learning and growth plan for the teams and individuals
in the company
- Assisting the management of the company to execute on performance evaluations, feedback, learning &
development and the rules of engagement.
- Assisting the Founders of the company on resource, competence and retention planning within the company and following up on this (meaning recruiting new people and checking engagement in the teams)
