Sr. Account Manager
We are OMRT, a funded scaleup on an important mission - to help solve the housing crisis. Our core product, a 3D collaborative design platform, facilitates construction companies in planning real estate projects integrally, iteratively, and rapidly. This platform provides our partners in the construction industry with a unique opportunity to design a sustainable, feasible, and high-quality built environment, by foreseeing its impact digitally. We call it Future Twinning, OMRTs digital representation of the future build environment. At OMRT we are fully committed to our vision. We aim to make our collaborative design platform the standard method of designing in the Netherlands by 2023, and the rest of Europe by 2025.
We are rebellious and pioneering, continuously pushing the boundaries of design, tech and real estate. Achieving better results and gaining specialized knowledge along the way.
We are already involved in building over 10% of the homes in the Netherlands and see potential to grow to over 30% in the coming years and expand to neighbouring countries. Our ambition is to double in size annually, in terms of people, projects and value, and we are well on course to do so.
🥜 You in a nutshell
5+ years experience in an account management/ executive or similar role
You have extensive knowledge of the construction industry, as well as the design & development process
You have an existing network within the Dutch Real-Estate sector
Commercial Driven mindset, excellent communication skills in English & Dutch
You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment, ability to balance business needs with client requirements
Experience or knowledge of the tech industry or understanding of the tech mindset, or previous experience at a scale-up would be nice to have

👓 We are looking for a senior Account Manager to help us in our scaling mission
You’ll be a customer advocate, managing client relationships, and translating needs back to the projects & tech teams
You’ll take responsibility for some of our existing large accounts. Building, managing and establishing long-term relationships
Generate recurring Revenue from our clients; working with long term sales and contracts
Your input is valued, responsible for co-developing the account management strategy for a growing business
